Stronger together –Together we are stronger – Merger to Feralco Deutschland GmbH

Nienburg/Weser, 01.10.2021. The Feralco Group acquired the former Venator Wasserchemie in June 2021. The next step is the merger of the two companies to Feralco Deutschland GmbH.

In order to offer customers and suppliers simplified business processes, the Feralco Group is continuously working on better market access and greater efficiency. As a result of the merger of the companies of Feralco Deutschland GmbH in Nienburg and Feralco Wasserchemie GmbH in Duisburg, Ibbenbüren and Schwarzheide, all locations now appear as production sites of Feralco Deutschland GmbH.

What belongs together, grows together – two forces become one.

The integration of the two companies will take place in the near future. Customers continue to receive products with the same high quality, with increased performance and service quality.
